- N. 1 passport-size photograph
- Copy of the Prefect’s License (s) if owned
- Copy personal identity document
- Short curriculum vitae also certifying past work or employment experiences
Registration will be completed after the decision and approval by the Executive Council (Article 27 paragraph 1 letter a of the Articles of Association) and upon subsequent submission by the candidate of the Member form complete with privacy information / consent and upon receipt of payment of the fee. The duration of the preliminary investigation for the acceptance of the candidate is variable and also depends on the documentation provided, the payment of the fee will be made only after receiving approval from the acceptance office as a member.
NB: The lack of even one of the documents will lead to the cancellation of the registration made with this form and the re-compilation of this form. We remind you that the account will not be activated until the registration is completed with the receipt of all documentation, including membership card, privacy information and payment of the fee.
